Would you like to take an enchanting and deeply healing journey with the plant medicine psilocybin together with like-minded people in natural locations? Then you've come to the right place at The Mayan! We provide retreats for healing on a multi-dimensional level based on a deep love and knowledge of this plant medicine. Looking at the dark parts of yourself, healing ancient traumas & stepping into your highest timeline are the core values of every retreat. No longer focus on treating the symptoms of your problems, but tackle the real cause so that you can fully regain your strength.

What can you expect at a group day retreat?

A day retreat often takes place in the start of the afternoon and ends the next day in the morning. The Mayan considers the safety of its participants to be very important and therefore does not organize intensive day retreats without an overnight stay. The retreat is often fully mentioned in the theme in the description of the different editions. For example, there may be a sacred women's retreat, trauma release or for ancestral healing, for example.

Introduction

It is important to be comfortable with the participants and ceremony leaders with whom you will be making the trip. That is why we hold an introduction round and short trust exercises to ensure good group energy and dynamics.

Grounding

It is super important to do several grounding exercises before the trip to not only connect with Mother Earth, but also create a deeper grounding within yourself. We travel together, but you also do a lot yourself. The more grounded you are, the smoother the journey goes and the plant medicine can do its work.

Energetic Preparation

Before you arrive on location, we have already been busy creating a powerful energetic field. We hereby call on light beings to keep the energy and frequency as light as possible. However, we will still make the necessary energetic preparation together to create an even deeper healing experience.

Ceremonial Consumption

We sit together in a circle while the plant medicine is still charged through smudging, energetic charging, light language & the power of gemstones. We express our gratitude to Mother Earth for creating this wonderful medicine and begin taking it.

The journey

Anything can happen during the trip. You always take the plan medicine according to what is most important to you at that moment, so you will always be able to get the most out of your experience. The ceremony leaders provide support and guidance when necessary.

Energetic Closing

At the end of the journey we close the journey together and ensure that your auric field is closed. During the journey this becomes completely open for healing on a multi-dimensional level, but it is also very important after the journey that it is closed. After this there is a moment to write down and/or share your experiences. The control is always with you.

Peace

At least one ceremony leader is present during the overnight stay so that safety is always guaranteed. You can always choose not to participate in the overnight stay & to follow the integration at home online.

Integration

In the morning we start with grounding exercises and a share circle. This way, anyone who wants to can share their experiences and the day starts with landing in a new reality. After this, the ceremony leaders will explain the key points for the integration of your trip and we say goodbye.

This will be followed by an online integration circle where we can share our experiences together & discuss the integration reference work
